I've had a couple of cheaper makes of camping tools before, but nothing comes close in terms of quality, durability and reliability as the Leatherman tools. Worth every penny.

Hey, i found something in my travels that totally rocks. I know most people go camping because they want to get away from technology but there's people like me that like to pack it on the road. I often bring my cellphone when i go camping or hiking but i never have a place to charge it and it eventually dies. So anyway, i decided to pick up one of these Brunton Solarport 2.2's and am now able to harness the power of the sun to charge my phone. It's way too sweet, check it out http://www.taigaworks.ca/html/outdoor-gear/Other-Camping-Gear/Brunton-Solarport-22-224.html

You couldn't be more correct Tissue. I'm looking forward to hearing more of your clever quips about the immature terminologies associated with the outdoor gear industry.

you said poo-tech. paragraph one. line 3. poo-tech.

seems that despite improvements in textile technology, the 'word generation' department over at La Sportiva has not been upgraded since the 4th grade.
