The air filled poles will stand up to strong winds and water beads off the Nemo Osmo™ fabric. The tent comes with a fairly large front door so you won’t have difficulty bringing in your sleeping bags.

The mesh removable cover makes for romatic nights staring at the stars and breathing in that fresh outdoor scent. The Morpho comes with a foot pump to fill up the air beams which makes for ultra easy setup and disassembly. This tent may not look like much at first glance but after using it you we’ll find it is very practical and worthy of a post on this blog.

This has got to be the coolest looking headlamp. I’d buy one even though I never leave this computer or my house for that matter. The Petzl Tactikka XP will accurately light your way but will allow you to maintain your night vision. The headlamp comes with 3 colors of lenses that have can be used in a variety of situations such as map reading and times when you need a wide angle lens.

The camouflage pattern is my favorite, the extra lenses have a special compartment on the headband. Speaking of headband, it has an adjustable clip for a comfortable fit. The spot light can shine up to 35 meters and the floodlight emits a sharp proximity beam when using the wide angle lens. It also comes with a battery light indicator warning so you don’t get stuck in a cave 50 feet below the sea floor. Truly one of the most magnificent headlamps and definitely worth a second look.
